The San Diego Film Festival is taking over downtown this weekend which means lots of visitors, parties, and films from here to Australia.  The opening film, The Lucky Ones, plays at 7:00 PM on Thursday and will kickoff the long list of films to be shown at the Pacific Gaslamp Theaters through Sunday.
