Tilt-Shift photography always gives me a weird feeling.  With the tweaking of focus and perspective, specialty lenses transform everyday environments into Mister Rogers' Neighborhood.  So, what happens when you combine tilt-shift, time lapse, and San Francisco?  Check Bhautik Joshi's video to see for yourself..
