One of my favorite publications, GOOD Magazine, is the latest to jump on the 'name your own price' bandwagon.  Previously, a year of GOOD magazine cost you 20 bucks, with all of the proceeds going to the charity of your choice. (out of their 10 selected)  Sure this will up their circulation, but will this publicity stunt end up earning more or less for their sponsored charities..?
