Art has been a popular addition to the San Diego bar scene lately. Most of the time it is a weak attempt to bring a "different" crowd in to consume more adult beverages.  Bar Basic's Basic Tuesdays might be the one exception.  The evening consisted of recent works by San Diego metal worker Lex Archibald, paintings by Jenny Lutrull accompanied by live art and a fashion show.  Here are some images from Alex Oat.
