Sezio has been loaned a single family home in Mountain View, California. Over the next few weeks, a group of selected artists will transform this house into a short lived piece of urban art, before its scheduled demolition. An Artist reception and Open House will be held on October 11th and 12th. For more information, email starterhome@sezio.org.

Music Video Monday..
So this video isn't new but I saw it a couple weeks ago sometime around 2 a.m. and thought it was post worthy. I love psychedelic videos and this one is just really well done. It helps that it's a dope song too..here is TV On The Radio's "Staring At The Sun".

One of my favorite publications, GOOD Magazine, is the latest to jump on the 'name your own price' bandwagon. Previously, a year of GOOD magazine cost you 20 bucks, with all of the proceeds going to the charity of your choice. (out of their 10 selected) Sure this will up their circulation, but will this publicity stunt end up earning more or less for their sponsored charities..?

For those of you who haven't been following the work of French photographer/street artist JR over the past few years, there's a goldmine of stories and images waiting to inspire you. When I first heard of his work, he was a portraitist who was starting to wheatpaste some of his photographs on walls around Paris. Since then, his work has snowballed in content, scale, and recognition; spreading all around the world in the form of commissioned installations and humanitarian projects.
His most recent project in Rio De Janeiro covers the walls of a whole hillside of poor housing with images of the eyes of some of its inhabitants.
