Habitat House played host to about 50 guests who were treated to an endearing performance and scattered Q&A that lasted about an hour and a half. Chadwick Gantes snapped the above photo and below video. Catch David with a full band July 8th at Casbah.

Fresh off last week's cameo on Oprah, San Diego-based NPO Invisible Children is gearing up for their biggest event to date. Nearly 100,000 people have committed to 25 hours of silence in a non-verbal protest against 25 years of war waged by Joseph Kony's Lord's Resistance Army. To break the silence, Invisible Children will celebrate in 18 cities across the US aided by some heavy hitters in the music industry, including secret headliners Mumford & Sons. San Diego's event will feature The Fling from Los Angeles and San Diego's own Chairs Missing, hosted on the campus of UCSD in Price Center's East Ballroom.
Watch the video below for the full rundown from IC co-founder Jason Russel. It's not too late to get involved!
